No, our drivers do not move bins up or down stairs. If your house or office does not have access to a lift or ramp, the bins will be delivered and collected at ground floor level only.

If prohibited items are found, there is an applicable contamination fee of $110-$300 + GST per bin for mixed content.
Yes, for your security, the bins are delivered locked. If you would like a key, there is an extra charge of $15.00 in certain areas. Please call us for further information.
You must provide at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice to cancel or change your order. A cancellation fee will be charged if less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice is given.
